Nine more software providers have integrated their systems with Zillow under its new Zillow Tech Connect program, making it easier for their customers to tap the listing portal for marketing purposes.
The companies are: BombBomb, Commissions Inc., Contactually, planetRE, PlanPlus Online, Slacker by King of Casas, TORCHx, Wise Agent and ZipRealty.
Zillow debuted Zillow Tech Connect in November to allow real estate software providers to synchronize their products with Zillow’s systems. Customer relationship management (CRM) systems may integrate under Tech Connect to allow their customers to directly access and manage Zillow-generated leads from within their platforms.
“Zillow Tech Connect offers an open ecosystem for the real estate industry, which enables easier innovation and interoperability between systems,” said Zillow Chief Revenue Officer Greg Schwartz. “At Zillow, we want to support the various technology platforms real estate companies and professionals have heavily invested in.”
Zillow offers contact management software itself, but launched the program in recognition that “what is ultimately important is that brokers and agents use the process they are most comfortable with, and that it efficiently connects them to consumers ready to engage,” the portal said.
