Realogy franchisor Century 21 Real Estate has updated a property search site that’s aimed at connecting Spanish-speaking buyers to agents who speak their language, century21espanol.com, equipping it with mobile-optimized responsive design and incorporating tools from Century21.com like school and interactive map search.

In addition to facilitating property searches with content translated into Spanish, the site provides tips on the homebuying and selling process in Spanish. Site users can search for homes by top-rated schools and filter data using interactive mapping tools.

“We’re highlighting the Century 21 agents who speak Spanish and presenting them as specialists ready to serve their communities,” said Bev Thorne, chief marketing officer of Century 21, in a statement.

Century 21, which has over 103,000 agents in 74 countries, launched a global, multilingual site last fall that gives consumers access to the franchisor’s listings across the globe translated into 16 languages.
