ZipForm, the electronic real estate form-filling software from zipLogix Inc., is now available in a broker version that gives brokers the ability to digitally manage their transactions at the office level.

ZipForm Plus Broker Team allows brokers to manage account access, restrict access to forms and form libraries, create and share templates with other users, group users into collaborative teams, give team members the ability to edit or create transactions for other members, and search and filter transactions by creator.

Brokers can purchase an additional document approval feature that allows them to flag certain documents that require approval before they’re considered complete.

“Delivering a product that matches the many needs of our entire customer base is essential in a market that offers so many choices,” said zipLogix Chairman Walt McDonald in a statement.

With this new product, zipLogix joins firms like DocuSign and dotloop in offering transaction management platforms to help brokers manage transactions at the office level.

The single-user version of zipForm has also been upgraded with e-signature integration and the ability for users to fill out forms with pre-entered information.

In November, ZipLogix released the latest version of zipForm, zipForm Plus, which gave users a redesigned interface, improved search tools and more.

ZipLogix is owned and operated by a subsidiary of the California Association of Realtors, Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS). ZipForm is the exclusive and official forms software of the National Association of Realtors, which owns a 30 percent stake in the company.
