All-in-one marketing and lead-gen provider now offering geographic exclusivity

The all-in-one marketing and lead generation platform Quantum Leads has rebranded as Quantum Elite and is now selling its product to brokerages, teams and agents on a geographic-exclusive basis.

For $1,500 per month (pricing of a 12-month contract), Quantum Elite clients will get access to the firm’s customer relationship management platform, search engine-optimized real estate search site and a marketing team ready to help with pay-per-click campaigns.

To help provide clients with a high level of service, it’s restricting the total number of U.S. clients it will take on to 250. Each client will have exclusive territories, most often delineated at the city level.

This exclusivity differentiates Quantum Elite from providers of similar all-in-one marketing and lead-gen products like BoomTown and Kunversion.

Each client gets a dedicated account manager, a search engine marketing strategist and a technology specialist to help them maximize their use of the product, Dennis Vaughn, president of Quantum Elite parent company, Rigpa Solutions Inc., told Inman. Quantum Elite is Rigpa Solutions’ flagship product.

The firm’s bread-and-butter prospective client are large teams, within the range of 10 to 15 agents, Vaughn said. The firm has around 30 Quantum Elite clients now, he said.

In addition, Quantum Elite offers its clients virtual office websites (VOWs), which make more real estate information available to consumers like recently sold home data, Vaughn added.

VOW sites are a step beyond those displaying listings under Internet data exchange, the agreement between brokers in a market to share each others’ listings for display to consumers. But, unlike IDX sites, they require consumers to log in.

Quantum Elite is so serious about its offer of territorial exclusivity that it includes in its contracts language that the firm promises $5,000 to clients if it accepts a second client in the same area, said Candi Looney, a marketing research analyst at Rigpa Solutions.
