Century 21 Global has updated its website to make searching through listings and buying homes easier for consumers. The website has more than 275,000 listings in 18 languages and provides conversion rates for 36 different currencies.

The new Century 21 Global website boasts a mobile-responsive design, a full-screen image viewer, metro area searches, sales associate team details and searches, and custom language formatting.

A size for every screen

The first set of updates impact the look of the site — the new mobile design now adjusts to any desktop, tablet or smartphone’s screen resolution, and the full-screen image viewer allows consumers to see large high-resolution photos of any property.

The second set of updates target the site’s search capabilities and allow buyers to see a greater number of listings while making better-informed decisions about the agents they choose to serve them.

The metro area search function allows buyers to see properties in the surrounding areas of large metro areas, such as Sydney or San Francisco. Additionally, buyers will be able to see each sales associate that is part of the team they searched for.

Language diversification

Lastly, the site can now be translated into Hebrew, Arabic and Urdu, and all site pages support languages that are read from right-to-left.

“The enhancements we made provide the best overall site experience for our customers while maintaining the strong competitive advantage of our global website,” said Cara Whitley, chief marketing officer for Century 21 Real Estate, in a statement.

“It’s all about simplifying the search process with homebuying and selling consumers and how they interact with their C21 sales associates in an effort to help facilitate international real estate transactions.”
