Searching for a simpler method to interact with clients, scan the Austin market, edit listings and share homes with clients without channeling links between devices? The new goMLS Austin app allows real estate agents and brokers to peek at market data, send listings and receive client feedback from one platform.

The app keeps everyday MLS tasks at users’ fingertips. Agents can view and edit listings directly from their phones or see agent-only details for active and off-market homes. Users can also get tax details, driving directions and map views when scanning through the local Austin market.

The Austin Board of Realtors’ (ABOR) new on-the-go platform is comprised of two primary features: Share My App and Home Assist.

Share My App

The goMLS system lets users share via text, email or social media. The app’s icon logo will appear in a message box, with contacts from a user’s phone and email directory as options in the recipient box.

Once a client downloads the app and sets up their login info, they can chat with the agent on the Home Assist feature. Clients see an agent’s brand profile with name and contact info, which makes recommending services to friends and family in the market to buy, rent, or sell even easier.

Home Assist

Users select contacts from the Home Assist page and type a message, where they can include an MLS number that automatically links to a listing.

Users can also select a property on either the map, list or gallery pages for a quick send. At the bottom of the page, a Share icon will pop up where listings can be shared with clients via email, SMS text, social media or Home Assist’s own messaging tool.

To download, search goMLS Austin in Google Play or the Apple App Store, or download onto mobile devices directly from the ABOR website.
