The Miami Association of Realtors (MAR) recently announced a contract extension with PropertyKey, provider of the iMapp tax mapping system used by 42,000 regional Realtors. The new contract continues a member-commended relationship that has existed for nearly two decades.

Seventeen years ago, PropertyKey established a long-term affiliation with the Miami Association of Realtors that continues to live on despite existing in the topsy-turvy world of tech.

iMapp integrates CoreLogic’s Matrix, FBS’s Flex and Black Knight’s Paragon for precise home data distribution. Beyond property and tax information, iMapp provides U.S. Census demographics and parcel mapping.

MAR Chief Executive Officer Teresa King says iMapp provides comprehensive and critical tools for local Realtors. According to King, Miami Realtors consider iMapp crucial to their success.
PropertyKey’s flagship product, part of the company’s Integrated Realty Information System (IRIS), offers automatic property valuations from recorded sales and MLS data. Realtors can access iMapp directly from the MLS and use the tool for census demographics, tax information and property information – customized for each individual market.
iMapp was rated Miami Association of Realtors’ Outstanding Product of the Year and currently provides property data to associations throughout the Sunshine State, including BeachesMLS in the Palm Beach area, the Bonita Springs/Estero Association on the Gulf Coast and the Cape Coral Association of Realtors.
Beyond Realtor associations, PropertyKey works with insurance companies, mortgage and title firms, along with local and county governments.
