All 34,000 members of the Houston Association of Realtors will gain full access to transaction-management platform dotloop, marking a big win for the Zillow Group subsidiary.

HAR agents will be able to use dotloop desktop software and mobile apps to streamline transactions “with unlimited workflows,” Zillow Group announced in a statement.

Dotloop’s software ties together form creation, e-sign and transaction management in an end-to-end platform.

Dotloop’s deal with HAR includes custom branding on client-facing documents, quicker transaction setup and use of the company’s “exclusive Document Now collaboration technology.”

“This is a big deal for us as it significantly expands our user base in Texas,” dotloop founder Austin Allison said in a statement.

He said HAR, which is also an early adopter of listing-management software operated by a Zillow Group subsidiary, “has always been an incredibly forward-thinking organization.”

“This will allow our members to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time producing, but as we team up on completing deals, both sides of the table gain efficiency,” said Mario Arriaga, HAR’s chairman of the board, in a statement.

“Bringing dotloop services to our members reinforces our commitment to our ongoing initiative to enable greater agent productivity through technology.”
