WATCH: How to stay positive when toxicity is everywhere

Tara-Nicholle Nelson, founder and CEO of SoulTour, described how she stays hopeful about humanity even when the headlines are at peak toxicity in her general session, titled “Humanity is Not a Dumpster Fire,” at Inman Connect San Francisco.

By presenting evidence of advancements in the world, she hoped to help the audience be able to look at the headlines and the world in a different light; call themselves spiritual contrarians; and spread that optimism, hope, meaning and purpose.
