CoreLogic has acquired HomeVisit, a real estate marketing and photography company, the data analytics firm announced Monday.

HomeVisit, previously owned by Breakaway Holdings LLC., provides property listing photography, videography, 3D modeling, drone imagery, print marketing and related services in the mid-Atlantic United States. Terms of the deal were not publicly disclosed.

“The combination of CoreLogic and HomeVisit is highly synergistic and allows us to continue to grow and expand the HomeVisit product suite on a national scale,” CoreLogic President and CEO Frank Martell said in a statement. “At the same time, the addition of HomeVisit will allow us to further augment our digital data capture capabilities.”

CoreLogic’s workflow platforms currently service more than 800,000 real estate professionals, providing valuation solutions, market reports and underwriting tools. HomeVisit will further bolster the company’s offerings and provide more accurate data due to the startup’s capture tools.

CoreLogic has been busy this year, scooping up an insurance claims software company, launching a digital underwriting tool and partnering with BoxMLS on a real estate search platform.
