Pulse is a recurring column where we ask for readers’ takes on varying topics in a weekly survey and report back with our findings.

We’ll preface this by saying that yes, we know COVID-19 was the biggest, most significant occurrence of the year. But the events that followed are also worth noting, including some major shifts in the real estate industry.

So, this week, we’re discussing the biggest (read: most important) piece of news that came out of 2020. Whether it’s a result of COVID-19 or not, we want to hear your thoughts on what you think are some of the most eyebrow-raising headlines of the year. (Non-real-estate news need not apply).
