Real estate investing, doubling down on winning strategies, investing in your personal growth — there are lots of ways real estate professionals can invest in their future. And with all the uncertainty over the past few years, we’re guessing you’ve put a lot of thought into your future. - By investing in real estate. Flips, buy and holds and plan to start wholesaling.

- Back when “disruptor” was the big buzzword, I went to law school.
- I’m a residential agent. Since we don’t have company 401K plans, I’m investing in the best investment one can make: Real estate! I purchased an eight-unit apartment building in Plant City, Florida, just outside of Tampa. The unit is currently cash-flowing $3100 (after expenses) a month with another $600 in potential rent increase when several leases renew next year. Since I did a value add cash out refi strategy, I was able to recoup most of my initial investment and create $400k+ in equity to add to my net worth. The best investments pay you every month!
