Three firms have signed up with the real estate marketing firm Imprev Inc. to use the company’s cloud-based mobile marketing platform featuring single-property websites, virtual tours, Craigslist ads, e-newsletters and other marketing elements available to users on tablets and all types of desktop platforms.

Of the six brokerages engaging Imprev’s mobile marketing system, four  — Sutton Group-Summit Realty Inc., Sutton West Realty Inc., Sutton Group Classic Realty and Sutton Group-Old Mill Realty Inc. — are based in Canada with 385 agents among them and are affiliated with the prominent Canadian real estate franchise Sutton.

San Francisco-based Paragon Real Estate Group with 150 agents and Sarasota, Fla.-based One Sarasota Realty Group with five agents are the other two firms now using Imprev’s marketing platform.

The platform, white-labeled to the firms that use it, has a new image-dominated user interface developed with real estate design and marketing firm 1000watt, said Kevin Hawkins, vice president of communications and marketing at Imprev.

Over 150,000 agents use Imprev’s marketing center, Hawkins said. However, the Denver-based franchisor Re/Max, which Imprev partnered with in January, and Royal LePage Real Estate Services, which the firm signed on in April to a bilingual (French and English) version of its marketing platform, are the only other brokerages taking advantage of the Bellevue, Wash.-based firm’s relatively new mobile marketing center, he said.

“Our new Marketing Center clearly enhances each of our offices’ ability to provide real value to our sales people in a critical area that is both difficult and expensive for the individual agent to adequately develop on their own and, at the same time, provides another invaluable tool to assist the brokerage in attracting top local talent,” said Sutton Group-Summit Realty Inc. owner Brian Maguire in a statement.

With the addition of the Sutton-affiliated brokerages, Imprev now works with the three largest real estate brands in Canada, including Royal LePage Real Estate Services and Re/Max Canada.

“Giving our agents tools that allow them [to] work no matter where they are is crucial in a market like San Francisco,” said Bob Dadurka, CEO of Paragon Real Estate Group, in a statement. “With this new technology from Imprev, Paragon agents will be able to create and distribute their homebuyer and seller marketing materials using mobile devices, iPads and Android tablets.”

Marketing centers for five of the six brokerages are up and running; Paragon’s will launch in a couple of weeks, Hawkins said.

Last month, Imprev introduced an integration with cloud-storage service Dropbox, and last August the firm introduced a video creation platform that takes music and a listing’s photos and puts them in a video.

Imprev, Hawkins said, has plans to introduce a fully mobile retail marketing center available to agents everywhere soon.

Editor’s note: This story has been updated to clarify that Imprev has other clients (150,000-plus agents) using its marketing center. Re/Max and Royal LePage Real Estate Services were the first to use the mobile version of the platform.
