Bellevue, Wash.-based real estate marketing software firm Imprev Inc.’s tablet-focused mobile marketing platform featuring responsive single-property websites, property tours, brochures, and e-newsletters is now available to individual agents.

The platform — which includes over a dozen marketing tools including a library of listing descriptions, news articles, royalty-free music and images and a Dropbox-enabled file-sorting system — launched last year as an enterprise-level service to real estate brands, brokerages and multiple listing services.

Now it’s available to agents at $199 per year for a print-only version of the platform, $399 per year for the digital-only system and $499 per year for a combined print and digital version. All packages come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, Imprev said.

“One of the biggest requests from agents has been for fast, easy creation of marketing and advertising materials on their iPads (and Android tablets) to save them time,” said Renwick Congdon, CEO of Imprev, in a statement.

Imprev says marketing project can be completed in five steps or fewer, a boon for time-constrained agents.

Agents have access to more than a dozen integrated marketing apps and can distribute their marketing projects directly to social media channels including Facebook and Twitter, download as a PDF file, print from their laptop, or send to a commercial printer.

More than 150,000 agents who use Imprev’s marketing center now will have access to the firm’s mobile marketing center, the company said. The desktop-focused design, which has been available to individual agents since 2001, is being replaced with the mobile center.

Last week, Imprev signed up six brokerages to its mobile marketing center.

These firms, along with the Denver-based franchisor Re/Max, which Imprev partnered with in January, and Royal LePage Real Estate Services, which the firm signed on in April to a bilingual (French and English) version of its marketing platform, are currently the only brokerages taking advantage of the firm’s relatively new mobile marketing center, said Kevin Hawkins, vice president of communications and marketing at Imprev, last week.

Last August, Imprev introduced a video creation platform that takes music and a listing’s photos and puts them in a video.
