Lead generation software provider Kunversion LLC is set to power websites and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms for two large brokerages in October: Southern California-based Pinnacle Estate Services and international brokerage eXp Realty.

In addition to building and hosting new websites for the brokerages, the deals give the more than 800 agents at Northridge, California-based Pinnacle Estate Services and the 431 agents with eXp Realty’s in the U.S. and Canada Internet data exchange (IDX) websites that tie directly into Kunversion’s CRM. IDX agreements allow brokers and their agents to display a shared pool of listings in their markets.

As part of the new deals with Kunversion, the brokerages’ agents get access to Kunversion’s Chatty Agent service, which provides 24-hour-a-day live chat support to their websites, said Brian Hoialmen, Kunversion’s vice president of sales. Agents also get Kunversion’s CRM, which automatically captures client and lead info from their websites.

Kunversion’s CRM includes an auto-response feature that alerts agents when a lead has looked at a property five times and sends a text message to the lead on the agent’s behalf.

The CRM also tracks the leads that come to an agent’s website from Kunversion-powered marketing campaigns, including seller-focused Nosy Neighbor and Listing Machine and buyer-focused Property Boost, that the brokerages’ agents can purchase on an a-la-carte basis, Hoialmen said.

Denver-based Kunversion launched its all-in-one platform last year and began breaking out a handful of its marketing and lead generation tools on a stand-alone basis this April.

So far, the firm has signed up 20 brokerages of at least 100 agents each to similar deals, Hoialmen said. In addition, approximately 600 agents have purchased one or more of the stand-alone products, he said.

One of Kunversion’s competitors, BoomTown, announced a $20.1 million funding round in September. Both firms are members of Zillow’s “Tech Connect” program, giving agents the ability to pull in leads to their CRMs directly from the portal.
