The National Association of Realtors is the newest sponsor of Yahoo Finance’s popular video series, “Now I Get It,” which translates complicated business concepts into digestible content.

Over the course of six episodes, financial and real estate experts will answer frequently asked questions, such as: “When is the best time to sell a home?” or “Should I rent or buy?”

NAR’s president, Tom Salomone, will appear in a branded section of the video to share his expertise on the topic while stressing the importance of using a trusted Realtor to help navigate the sometimes stressful and confusing process of buying a home.

The series is geared toward future and first-time homebuyers, with an added focus on millennials.

“Millennials currently represent the largest generation of buyers (32 percent) and are the most likely to use an agent (89 percent),” says Salomone. “Their participation in the housing market is expected to accelerate in the coming years as the labor market continues to make strides and more of them settle down to marry and raise a family.”

The first video has already been published and addresses the issue of the best time to sell a home.

NAR’s partnership with Yahoo Finance is only the first in a series of efforts put forth by the association’s ‘Get Realtor‘ campaign, which aims to help buyers, sellers and investors see the advantages of working with a Realtor.

Over the upcoming months, NAR will be rolling out separate sponsored series with The Knot, The Nest and The Bump to help newlyweds and new parents choose the best home for their growing families.
