Mike Falce

OpenClose, an end-to-end loan origination system (LOS) provider, announced that Michael Falce has been hired as a vice president, enterprise account executive. “Mike has been a top producer at every company he has been with and is armed with both mortgage banking and first-hand technology experience,” said JP Kelly, president at OpenClose, in a statement. “We are pleased to have him join the OpenClose team and interface with our industry’s professionals to meet the increasing demand of our end-to-end LOS platform as well as other innovative standalone solutions we’ve developed.”

Paul Deitch

Patch of Land, an online marketplace lender for real estate, announced that Paul Deitch is the company’s new CEO; co-founder Jason Fritton has been promoted to executive chairman. “We are excited to have someone of Paul’s caliber and experience join Patch of Land as we push past $100M in lending activity,” said Fritton in a statement. “Paul brings executive experience from multi-billion dollar companies in both banking and investment management running at scale and has deep experience across a broad range of functions including technology, operations, risk management, product development, marketing, finance and compliance — all of the ingredients we will need as we successfully grow our firm.”

Colleen Lambros

Ten-X announced that Colleen Lambros is the company’s new chief marketing officer for its residential division. “We’re very pleased to welcome Colleen Lambros to the team and look forward to tapping into her expertise as we expand our residential business to support a much wider audience,” said Jason Allnutt, general manager of Ten-X’s residential division, in a statement. “Colleen’s deep background in asset and product marketing will be essential to the development and introduction of our Ten-X Homes platform into the broad consumer market, and to driving strategies that increase our sell-through rate.”

Tim Hamby

Tim Hamby is the new director of corporate communications at HomeASAP. “We’re pleased to add Tim to our executive team,” said Mark Bloomfield, founder and CEO of HomeASAP, in a statement. “He brings a high level corporate communications experience in both the real estate and technology sectors.”

Susan Young

Susan Young is the new Real Safe Agent vice president of industry relations. “I have so many dear friends in this industry, and have seen the impact crime has on our community,” said Young in a statement. “Knowing that Real Safe Agent can prevent crime and the industry finally has an answer, joining the team feels more like a mission than a career move.”

Centralized Showing Service, Inc. (CSS), a real estate showing services company, appointed Philip Allen as the Director of Information Technology. Allen will report to President, Bob Faherty. “Philip has an extremely strong background in software development and optimization of large-scale database and business intelligence systems,” said Bob Faherty, CSS president, in a statement. “His vast experience and knowledge will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of our contact center software, online services and mobile platforms.”

Vineet Singh

Move Inc., the operator of realtor.com, has named Vineet Singh as realtor.com’s first-ever chief data officer. “This new role underscores the vital importance of economic and consumer data to the online real estate industry,” said Move’s chief technology officer Suhail Ansari in a press release. “In addition to supplementing our comprehensive and accurate listing information with better market data, a focus on data science and engineering also enables us to drive a much more compelling and personalized user experience.”

Dan Spaulding

Dan Spaulding has been hired to fill a newly created position at Zillow Group, vice president of people and culture. “We are thrilled for Dan to join Zillow Group,” said Zillow Group COO Amy Bohutinsky in a press release. “The most strategic and important part of our business is our ability to hire and retain the absolute best people — in skills, in smarts, in culture fit.
