The Anacostia Riverwalk Trail will be home to a mixed-use development slated to feature 80,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space and more than 450 apartment units. Named Riverpoint, the development is located at 2100 Second St., SW in the former location of the U.S. Coast Guard headquarters at Buzzard Point.
