Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach is launching a new marketing technology platform for its 5,100 agents in the Tri-State area.

The platform, dubbed “Agent Center for Excellence,” will integrate multiple technologies into one platform. It aims to be a centralized point for agents to control their customer relationship management, listing alerts, digital marketing tools and agent intranet.

“Our primary goal is to help our agents form stronger relationships with their clients,” said Rajeev Sajja, vice president of digital innovation at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, said in a statement. “After nearly two years of research, we realized investing in a best-in-class approach was the only way to continuously provide our agents with the most advanced technology to maximize their business.

Sajja added that agents using the platform will find that running their day-to-day business is easier, more effective and highly efficient.

The platform utilizes a number of partnerships and meshes them together for agents, including, Contactually’s CRM, SmartZip’s pre-mover scores; RealScout’s listing alert system; Reliance Network’s intranet and agent websites’ ActivePipe’s email marketing platform and Buyside’s property snapshot campaign and seller lead generation.

The rollout of the platform will first take place in the Lehigh Valley, Pennslyvania area this month. By January 25, all 5,100 agents in 60 offices across Pennslyvania, New York and New Jersey will have access to the platform.
