“We’re excited to continue to partner with Market Leader and plug their applications into the Keller Cloud,” Josh Team, president of Keller Williams said in a statement. “This collaboration offers our agents the opportunity to leverage Market Leader products in their businesses, and in turn, Market Leader solutions are strengthened through their integration with the most robust data-driven smart platform in real estate.”

Through the partnership, Market Leader joins the Keller Cloud Platinum Innovator program, allowing the company to further collaborate with Keller Williams and other leading tech companies through Keller Cloud, an artificial intelligence-fueled real estate cloud for Keller Williams agents.

Despite Keller Williams building its own end-to-end real estate platform – as evidenced by the debut of Command, its customer relationship management tool and the preview of its forthcoming consumer app – the company isn’t working to build a closed system. Through the Keller Cloud, agents will be able to choose different solutions from outside vendors like Market Leader.

“Our Innovator Program is a giant leap for us at Keller Williams and real estate as a whole,” Team added. “We’ve created a true innovation hub – an environment where we can bring to life the best ideas from the most innovative disruptors, driving change like this industry has never seen.”

Market Leader has been a partner with Keller Williams since 2011 with its involvement in Keller Williams’ lead-to-close business platform eEdge. Market Leader has been providing sales and marketing solutions since 1999 and currently serves more than 250,000 agents, teams, brokerages and franchises across the United States and Canada, the company said in a release.

“We’ve been a proud technology partner to Keller Williams Realty for the past eight years with the common goal of delivering tools that increase productivity,” Scott Smith, president and general manager of Market Leader and parent company Constellation Real Estate Group said in a statement. “And we’re delighted to extend our multi-year partnership to provide KW and their associates a competitive advantage.”
