Lone Wolf launches transaction management platform

Real estate tech company and software vendor Lone Wolf is set to announce a new two-way transaction and back office integration software at Realogy’s RGX conference Monday in Las Vegas.

The software, which Lone Wolf is calling “Link,” is a two-way integration between the company’s TransactionDesk and brokerWolf software, its transaction management and back office solutions, respectively.

When an agent completes a transaction, Link sends the data from the transaction to the back office and back again in real time, which ensures both the agent and brokerage staff have all the same transaction data in real time. It’s a platform that Lone Wolf says is the first of its kind.

“For the first time, agents and brokerages can share transaction and back office information in real time,” Jack Blaha, CEO of Lone Wolf Technologies said in a statement. “This means simpler and faster transactions for all of the parties involved, whether they’re an agent, broker/owner, staff, or even a home buyer or seller.”

LoneWolf’s client base is massive, according to their own internal numbers. TransactionDesk has a subscription base of more than 700,000 agents and features eSignature, forms, multiple listing service integration, document storage, broker dashboards, broker file review, transaction templates and company-wide checklists, according to Lone Wolf.

brokerWOLF, which boasts a client base of more than 4,000 brokerages according to the company, is a back office and accounting solution which combines traditional accounting functions and operational functions.

The client base includes NRT, a subsidiary of Realogy and the nation’s largest brokerage, which makes sense given the location of the announcement.

In connecting the solutions, Lone Wolf has created a combined platform for brokerages to manage transactions from contract, to close to general ledger.

“Link is the most important development in real estate technology in some time,” Matt Goddard, general manager of back office at Lone Wolf said in a statement. “Link connects two industry-leading products, TransactionDesk and brokerWOLF, in a way that’s never been done before.”

“The impact this will have on the real estate industry is significant,” Goddard added. “With agents and brokerages in lockstep on every deal, I expect Link will redefine the transaction experience and become the future of real estate transaction management. Lone Wolf is the only company that can provide it.”
