RealSatisfied launches ‘Agent Lite,’ free version of client survey service

RealSatisfied, which launched in January 2012 and provides client feedback to agents and brokers based on surveys it sends out on their behalf, has announced a free version of its platform that gives users up to three free recommendations.

The service sends a customer satisfaction survey to clients after a deal closes, and forwards the results to agents or their brokers to help them monitor their productivity and to generate recommendations.

“A 30-day free trial simply wasn’t long enough for agents new to the process of customer feedback to truly understand our service benefits,” said RealSatisfied President Jeff Turner in a statement.

The firm also simplified the agent profile pages on the platform and repriced its Pro offering, which allows agents to collect an unlimited number of survey responses and recommendations, at $79 per year.

In August, the national real estate brokerage Carrington Real Estate Services, which has 35 offices and more than 1,300 agents in 25 U.S. states, engaged RealSatisfied’s platform to help its brokers coach their agents based on the results generated by the platform.

In July, agents gained the ability to syndicate their RealSatisfied recommendations to their realtor.com agent profiles.

Agent rating and review sites have exploded in recent months, including the controversial AgentMatch agent ranking platform from realtor.com, promising to help agents stick out from the crowd.
