What you should know

Naberly Solutions seems most proud of its team collaboration tool, Workspaces. I can see why.

Agents, vendors and consumers can all chat about and upload anything related to a transaction.

Outside parties don’t need a Naberly account to participate. It’s also great for office back-and-forth.

New Workspaces are easy to create and include an array of messaging features. I’m a fan of these tools because in the age of multi-device use, critical deal data can get spread out in hurry. This keeps everything in its appropriate silo.

Lead Pages

While Workspaces is worth the price of admission, Lead Pages makes Naberly a double-feature worth sitting through.

Agents can create and share new lead pages in under a minute to capture names, addresses and property value requests. Open houses can be promoted, and it’s also an ideal solution for individual listing pages.

Templates are available for home valuations, just-sold promotions, single listings or agent profiles, among other common market activities.

Custom domains are available, but the subdomains offer the easiest way to launch a lead page.

Every lead page has an Action Plan that defines how to classify and respond to new leads, whether via text, email campaign or both.

Leads can be funneled directly to a specific agent and a preferred vendor, like a lender for pre-qualification.

Agents already invested in a CRM that may not have the best outreach tools can BCC their account on all campaigns so the records remain in sync.

Everything about a lead page can be customized using drag-and-drop, and users can add their own retargeting and Facebook conversion pixels, as well as Google analytics code. This makes the connection among marketing campaigns easy to track.

Visuals

The Naberly interface is sharp and simple; I equate its aesthetics to Tumblr, the best blogging tool on the web.

I think this could be worthy of a four-star rating once a few case studies have been collected.

The company is relatively new, but has some proven industry horsepower: Pushing its launch is Donna Reed, who had a highly influential role in the success of Follow Up Boss.

After a year of world travel, she’s relaxed and ready to make Naberly a household name.

Beta accounts at deep discounts are being accepted now. Full launch comes January 1.
