In these instances, it’s going to come down to executing a plan to keep the customer interested after they’ve been in their new house for a few months. ClientLinkt does a better job than most.

The software integrates an automated social media outreach effort to Facebook and Twitter.

Posts and tweets promote home-care efforts related to the service providers on your list. Each post links to a landing page and the full article.

The company is working on additional language versions of the app and a sign-in prompt for users so agents can identify specific customer activity. This would then lead to individualized notifications.

There are a lot of canned apps out there for agents to slap their mug on, but I find ClientLinkt to be the only developer that understands the real value is in staying in touch 24 to 36 months and beyond after closing.
