Redfin better watch out…I found this interesting release over the news wire this afternoon and they’re singled out. Progressive Homesellers is offering a new approach to dealing with a perceived ‘boycott of discount brokers’.
So how does it work?
Progressive Homesellers’ customers list their homes for a flat fee of $3,995 with an experienced Realtor at a brand-name brokerage, such as Coldwell Banker, Prudential, RE/MAX or Century 21.
I’m not sure how the Realtor’s brokers will feel about them participating in this program. Here’s another choice quote:
