Here’s a fast and easy way to create a killer listing presentation using some off the shelf, free tools.

Download Photo Story 3 from Microsoft. Microsoft will need to validate your copy of Windows before you can download this software, so make sure you have a legit copy of XP!

Photo Story allows you to quickly create photo slideshows using the very cool ‘Ken Burns effect’, which gives life to your static images by zooming in and out and panning across the subject matter. You can personalize your photo with titles and captions and even add voice narration to each one. Add a background music track and then export the whole thing as a movie for playback on your computer or online.

Now you have something you can embed in a PowerPoint presentation, or by using Google Video, Vimeo or YouTube you can upload it and stream directly onto your web site.

Here’s one, I put together quickly as a demo for my company, Prudential Northwest Properties.
