First American CoreLogic today announced the debut of REiSource, a new Web-based real estate information portal designed for the title insurance industry.
REiSource provides property profiles, new homeowner and refinance lists, property resale trends, mortgage leads and custom reports for title insurance companies.
The site aims to help title companies increase market penetration, streamline operations, control costs and maximize return on investment.
Property reports generated at the site are powered by the First American CoreLogic U.S. residential real estate database, which covers 97 percent of real estate transactions in more than 3,000 counties across the United States.
REiSource also includes administrative functions such as distributed, self-service account management, a reporting utility that assists with Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and individual state department of insurance compliance requirements and activity tracking.
First American CoreLogic is a member of The First American Corporation.

The MLS needs to be organized in a more uniform manner. We are moving out of state and when I pull up listings in our new area I cannot find useful information, i.e., square footage, etc. It would save buyers and agents lots of time if the information was uniform
