Walgreens purchased in Marysville, Ohio

Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors LLC today announced the acquisition of a Walgreens building in the Columbus suburb of Marysville, Ohio, on behalf of a private investor participating in the Grubb & Ellis Wealth Management program.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Located at 180 Coleman's Crossing, the property offers nearly 15,000 square feet of rentable space and includes a drive-thru pharmacy window. Newly constructed on approximately two acres of land, the property lies just off Route 33, the region's main highway.
