Six industrial deals sealed in Orange County

Voit Commercial Brokerage this week announced it closed six industrial sale transactions totaling $18.6 million in Orange County, Calif.

In the first transaction, M2 properties, a Los Angeles-based real estate development company, sold five office and industrial condominiums at Von Karman Center totaling 19,245 square feet for $5.5 million. The property is located at 16782 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine.

In the second transaction, Windstar Group, a subsidiary of the San Diego-based commercial development company Nexus properties, sold a 23,904-square-foot industrial property for $4.3 million. The property is located at 1900 and 1904 E. Wright Circle in Anaheim.

The third deal involved The Fong Family Trust's sale of a 22,214-square-foot industrial building for $3 million. The property is located near the 5 and 91 freeways at 16429 Berwyn Road in Cerritos.

In the fourth deal, Robert Brandy sold an 11,340-square-foot industrial property for $2.7 million. The property is located at 946 W. 17th St. in Costa Mesa.

Transaction #5 involved Strauss Investment Properties' sale of a 6,984-square-foot industrial building for $2 million. The property is located at 22512 Aspan St. in Lake Forest.

In the final deal, Edward Han and Mi Han sold a 6,060-square-foot industrial property for $1.08 million. The property is located at 549 S. State College Blvd. in Fullerton.
