San Diego office deal tops $7M

Pacific View Properties recently sold a 34,000-square-foot office property for $7.6 million in San Diego, Calif.

The four-story, class B office building is located at 1060 8th Ave. in the heart of downtown.

The buyer, La Jolla Car Wash, is a locally based automotive services and repair company. It plans to occupy one of the floors and lease out the remainder of the space.

At the time of sale, the property was occupied by a single tenant, Woodbury University, which plans to vacate the property this summer.
