Alabama Walgreens sold

A private investor participating in the Grubb & Ellis Wealth Management program purchased a Walgreens store in Chelsea, Ala., for an undisclosed price.

The investors, whose identity was not disclosed, bought the newly constructed building from Chelsea Corners LLC.
