ZipRealty, Rent.com improve real estate Web rankings 

Real estate brokerage company Web site ZipRealty.com and apartment portal Rent.com were the two sites to move up ranks in the top-five most-visited industry Web sites in April, metrics company Hitwise reported Tuesday.

ZipRealty improved its ranking to fourth from fifth in March, while Rent.com also moved up a spot to fifth from the previous month.
