Little change in nightly real estate rates

Long-term mortgage interest rates were mostly flat Tuesday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield rose to 3.92 percent.

The 30-year fixed-rate average dipped slightly to 5.77 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate stayed at 5.36 percent. Meanwhile, the 1-year adjustable rate held steady at 5.91 percent.

The 30-year Treasury bond yield rose to 4.66 percent.
