Voit brokers 3 Inland Empire deals
By Inman News, Thursday, June 5, 2008.Voit Commercial Brokerage today announced it recently closed three transactions totaling $7.7 million in Corona, Calif.
In the first transaction, sporting goods retailer Monkeysports Inc. signed a seven-year lease for a 113,500-square-foot industrial property for $4.2 million. The property, owned by Magnolia Trademark Center, is located at 1550 Magnolia Ave., Units 101 and 103.
In the second transaction, Dudley Sewell and Heather Pessoa-Bond sold a 10,875-square-foot industrial property for $1.8 million. The property, located near the 91 freeway at 3155 Palisades Drive, will be occupied by Standard Drywall, Inc., a commercial drywall contractor, which will use the property to expand its existing Corona operation. E & M Investments purchased the facility.
In the third deal, Olympic Barrington Partnership, a property management company based in West Hollywood, Calif., sold a 6,082-square-foot office building for $1.7 million. The property, located at 4210 Green River Road, sold to Ralph and Sharon Dion.
