Manage showings through the MLS

More than 230,000 real estate agents in 17 states now have access to ShowingTime's ShowingAssist service, which helps users manage showings directly through the multiple listing service, the company said in announcing two new MLS clients.

ShowingAssist allows listing agents to post available hours for a showing and instructions on an interactive appointment calendar, allowing them to gauge buyer interest in advance. Agents can also carbon copy additional e-mail accounts or wireless devices to receive updates on showing activity while in the field.
