The Realty Alliance partners with Realtor.com

Brokers who belong to the The Realty Alliance, a network of North American real estate firms, can promote the home warranty and mortgage services offered by TRA members alongside their Realtor.com listings through a marketing agreement between the two companies.

The marketing agreement also allows participating TRA brokers an "easier, more integrated" method of ordering Realtor.com Showcase Listing Enhancement packages, TRA said in announcing the agreement.

The listing enhancement packages include a photo gallery of up to 25 photos, detailed neighborhood information, open house alerts, full-motion videos and virtual tours where available, multiple lead forms, and reports on consumer traffic related to each listing.

Century 21 Real Estate LLC last week announced an agreement with Realtor.com in which it would subsidize the cost of listing ehancement packages for its franchise owners (see story).
