ClientConnect will allow agents to organize and manage, from a single program, their communications with their customers connected by social media, email and websites, and databases.
The ClientConnect program combines all of an agent's contacts, both new and existing, from various platforms, like Facebook, various email interfaces, and website forms, for example, and facilitates organized, targeted communication for the agent with clients and potential clients within his or her modern, multifaceted Rolodex.
One of the program's highlights is its lead management and follow-up system, which is designed to streamline the communication process with new customers, said WhereToLive.com's strategic marketing director Ed Kohler.
A test run of ClientConnect by Century 21 Canada saved agents time and increased their productivity, said Century 21 Canada President and CEO Don Lawby.
