Editor’s note: This article has been updated. A previous version stated that agents can share documents using Dropbox and Google Drive, which was not correct.

Move Inc.’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform Top Producer is now integrated with cloud-based document-management systems Dropbox and Google Drive, allowing users to edit and store documents online from within the platform.

Using the two Web-based document-management tools, Top Producer users can now attach files to their contacts. The most current version of a file is updated in the cloud in real time and accessible to whomever has been given access.

Users of the CRM also now have the ability to set "action plans" within the platform from mobile devices. Late in 2011, Top Producer became accessible to all smartphones and tablets with the launch an HTML5 Web app.

Errol Samuelson, Move’s chief revenue officer, said in a statement that Top Producer customers had identified document integration, the ability to apply action plans using a mobile device, and solutions for duplicate contacts as "high-priority features" needed to manage and build their businesses.

Top Producer is offered by Move Inc., which also operates Realtor.com under the terms of an agreement with the National Association of Realtors. Top Producer CRM is available for $39.95 a month with a one-year commitment.

Last week, Move forecast a double-digit percentage increase in 2013 revenues, to between $222 million and $226 million.
