EBay.co.uk moves into international property

EBay.co.uk has launched a property search facility with more than 170,000 properties listed from the U.K. and overseas. Globaledge understands that eBay has been testing the new section over the last few weeks and plans to promote it more publicly later in the year.

According to comScore Inc., the site boasts nearly 20 million monthly unique users and is the fourth largest U.K. Web site behind Google, Microsoft and Yahoo. With an audience this size, the new section could represent an excellent lead-generation opportunity for real estate agents and developers.
