Intero Real Estate Services has partnered with Terabitz to install the technology company’s Web platform in every current and future Intero office, the companies announced today.

The companies debuted the first Terabitz-powered Web site today, which they say displays all the property listings from five major multiple listing services in Northern California.

The site, which can be found by going to www.interorealestate.com and clicking on the link to the new beta site, also includes market data, school data and neighborhood information. Also, users will have access to Intero agents via text messaging and live chat.

The new Intero site will also incorporate Terabitz’ new lead management software, which aims to help convert consumer leads into closed sales. It will also enable brokers to track the status of leads.

Intero has more than 60 offices and 2,200 sales associates throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada and Texas.

Terabitz is a real estate technology company that launched a real estate search platform in July 2007. The company in January announced it was building tools that would allow brokerage companies to integrate content from several multiple listing services and also incorporate other neighborhood information for display on their own Web sites.

Earlier this year, Terabitz announced a series of deals to power the MLS search tools and other aspects of brokerage company Web sites, and founder and CEO Ashfaq Munshi said the company is targeting small to mid-sized brokers with up to a few thousand agents.
