RealtyTrac expands MEGA lead generation platform

More filters can be applied to expanded universe of 118 million properties nationwide

RealtyTrac has updated its “MEGA” lead generation platform, expanding the universe of properties that users can mine for marketing purposes from 1 million distressed homes to 118 million properties of all types nationwide.

“Previously our customers have been able to mine RealtyTrac’s proprietary foreclosure data to create targeted mailing lists of distressed property owners, a list already highly useful to a diverse set of industry verticals, including agents, brokers, investors and attorneys,” said RealtyTrac CEO Jamie Moyle in a statement.

In addition to expanding the universe of properties, Moyle said MEGA now provides “scores of new property attributes” to enable more powerful lead filtering and opening up new marketing list applications “for virtually every type of business.”

The new MEGA tool keeps an agent from having to go from one property to the next to glean information on a foreclosure by choosing from a list of filtering options including:

  • Geography
  • Property type
  • Property characteristics
  • Loan and lender details
  • Equity profile
  • Occupancy status
  • Owner info and location
  • Foreclosure details

Users register for free on the site, mine for specific properties and pay for each listing they download.

RealtyTrac said agents and brokers can quickly generate lists of distressed properties, as well as exclusive buyer leads from motivated buyers and real estate investors.
