It might not be a practical marketing strategy to employ on EVERY listing, but Ermelo, Netherlands-based broker Verder met Wonen is reaping the viral video rewards of being the first listing agent in the history of the world to run a wooden roller coaster through a client’s house to attract buyers (and whisk them quickly past any little details that need updating?).

The stunt was inspired by a promotion by state-owned Dutch bank ABN AmEvery encouraging customers to “generate lighthearted publicity for their homes.”
