Real estate mobile marketing firm VoicePad has announced a new lead generation tool that will allow agents to automatically route incoming calls to team members. With "TeamPhone," which will be available later this month, teams are assigned a single phone number that connects to a VoicePad back-end system that allows team leaders to route incoming text or phone leads from specific listings or ZIP codes to agents on their team. When consumers call a team's TeamPhone phone number, they reach an automated answering service that prompts them to select which home they're calling about using VoicePad's multiple listing service-connected database, VoicePad's marketing manager, Michele Rehm, told Inman. Consumers can then choose to receive information from an agent by phone, text or mobile Web, Rehm said.
