If real estate had a word of the year, 2015’s might be “integration.” The days of brokers and agents plugging data into disparate platforms are clearly numbered.

Zillow Group’s out to marry lead generation with transaction management in its pending dotloop acquisition; Xome’s new unified real estate brokerage and marketplace has launched; and “allinone” could be a stand-alone section on inman.com.

Zapelo launches in beta today, giving brokers and agents another platform to streamline their workflows.

The mobile, cloud-based system features customer relationship management, transaction management, calendar and task management, document storage, e-signature and drip email-marketing tools that integrate with email platforms and lead sources.

Brokerages can customize the tool with their color scheme, corporate logo and customized task list for a setup fee of $500 and $199 per month. Agent accounts go for $49 per month.

The firm also sells branded versions of the tool to MLSs and Realtor associations.
