Having trouble finding buyer and seller leads? Thought about resorting to (gasp) buying buyer leads? Obviously, you’re not alone, as Zillow, Trulia and realtor.com wouldn’t be the massive portals they are without millions of agents just like yourself buying leads from them!

The problem, as regular listeners know, is that the cost per qualified lead is expensive for any agent, and prohibitively so for newer agents or those who may be returning to the business after a hiatus. It’s one of the first major issues that we see with a lot of new coaching students, who are struggling to keep their business afloat while simultaneously pay for new business.

Experienced agents remember a time before the portals existed, and before anybody spent money buying leads. In today’s show, we’re going to show you how you can still generate a wealth of leads without investing money in buying them from somebody else. It costs less, the quality of the leads are much higher, and there’s a lot less stress involved with it!
