• Don't be intimidated by a "who you know" market. There's a place for you.

Real estate agents have a couple of choices when it comes to making more money. First, you can increase your volume. That’s a big project, isn’t it? While you’re working on increasing your volume, don’t neglect to work on increasing your average sale price, which leads us to today’s topic.

We’re joined by Michael Gordon from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, serving the Philadelphia metro area. The Gordon team has achieved over $1.25 billion in career sales, and exceeded $159 million in 2014 annual sales.

Michael didn’t start out in the luxury market, and he’s in a “who you know” area that made it challenging to move into luxury. He made it work, though, and today he shares tips, strategies and techniques that agents can apply to move up in the market and put more money in their wallet.
