Ann Ferguson

Klara Madlin and Ann Ferguson are the owners of the successful, New York-based Klara Madlin Real Estate, which opened in 1984. Initially specializing in sales of coops, condominiums and townhouses on Manhattan’s Upper Westside, Klara Madlin Real Estate has expanded to include rentals throughout the city, as well as sales in Brooklyn and Long Island City. Ann Ferguson was born in South Africa, and called Bermuda and England home prior to moving to the U.S. Ann first came to real estate from a decade long career in the entertainment industry, where she held various executive marketing positions at Warner Home Video Inc., Atlantic Records and Interscope Records. Ann is one of a select group of Realtors in Manhattan who has earned the professional “Accredited Buyer Representative” designation (ABR®) and was awarded first prize in the prestigious Real Estate Brokers of New York Deal of the Year Awards residential sales category.
