Robert Reich is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience founding and managing technology companies that serve the title, lending and real estate industries. In 2015, Robert founded Keep (http://www.getkeep.net), a new marketing platform aimed at fixing the client loyalty problem in the mortgage and real estate industries. Keep uses a simple piece of targeted, relevant content – a financial update on an individual home – and sends it to the homeowner throughout the year on their Realtor or loan officer's behalf, creating lasting value for the professional. Prior to Keep, Robert founded NextDeal (formerly DigitalDocs), which has since rebranded its main product as NextDeal (http://www.nextdeal.us), a first-of-its-kind product providing automated marketing to the title industry. NextDeal helps title companies increase their value to real estate brokerages, resulting in more repeat business and referrals. Today, Robert serves as President of Keep and NextDeal where he strategically leads business development, recruiting and hiring, and manages sales, support and development teams. In addition, Robert consults to title agencies all over the country on how to improve sales and marketing with better value-adds for real estate professionals. Robert has presented at First American Title and Fidelity National Title continuing education conferences, the RamQuest Annual Users Conference, The Ohio Land Title Association Spring Conference, The Maryland Land Title Association Annual Conference and the Inman News Real Estate Connect conference. Robert also hosts a weekly podcast show, U Heard Me! (www.winmarketshare.wordpress.com), in which he interviews top title experts and CEOs on the latest news and breakthroughs in the industry which is distributed to more than 10,000 professionals.
