ApartmentRatings.com has a novel marketing idea, they help you set up an online moving calendar that you can integrate directly into Google Calendar (a service BTW, that I’m finding I’m using more and more). The site creates a customized calendar with all the necessary reminders, that you can then export to Google Calendar, Outlook or iCal. Very slick. It worked flawlessly when I tried it, though the layout was a little broken when viewed in Firefox and OS X.

I could see this idea being a nice value-add for a Realtor or broker to add to their web site too. You could even do one that was specific to the buying or selling process.
