China’s real estate and film mogul Wang Jianlin, who had a happy 2013 with his wealth ballooning to $14.1 billion thanks to the country’s skyrocketing real estate prices, has been named China’s “Businessman of The Year” by Forbes China, the licensed Chinese-language edition of the U.S. wealth-focused magazine. Jianlin, who is based in Beijing, topped Forbes China’s “Rich List” in October and was also bestowed the above title from Forbes Asia in November.
